It all started with a Seventeen magazine telling me my value was in my appearance.
How I should LOOK-
Lean arms
Flat stomach
Round booty
Oh, and, gotta have that thigh gap.
It never once told me how I should FEEL.
STRONG.
ENERGIZED.
DAMN GOOD.
•I didn’t know that eating 1200 calories a day could actually hurt your metabolism.
•I didn’t know that building more muscle could actually help you lose fat.
•I didn’t know that working out didn’t have to be punishment for what I ate.
But now I do. And I’m here to share it with you.
As a certified nutrition coach & personal trainer, I’ve learned, through my own trials and from working with lots of women, that focusing on habits RIGHT NOW will get you where you want to go.
Goal(s) give you direction but CONSISTENCY within those habits are going to show you the true power that’s been hiding inside you all along.
