Here’s how it works:
Pick ONE thing you want to make a habit. (Pro tip: make it simple. Like, really simple)
Each day you complete it, mark the box with an X.
The thinking behind it is.... you won’t want to break the chain of X’s.
Jerry Seinfeld actually used this method, too! He would write a joke every day and track it with an X on a calendar. So, it’s not just nutrition or fitness related- you can use it for any habit you’re trying to build.
