Step into our strength + sweat class where kettlebells, barbells, and dumbbells meet for a total body workout. From powerful kettlebell swings to controlled barbell lifts, you'll push past your limits and emerge strongHER than before. This hour long class caters to all fitness levels, offering modifications for beginners and challenges for veterans. Let's lift & sweat together!

This dynamic class combines cardio and bodyweight exercises. With modifications offered throughout, everyone can push their limits at their own pace. Expect a total body workout that leaves your feeling energized and accomplished.

45 minute class
Strengthen every muscle group with options for both beginners and seasoned athletes. You will engage in a variety of exercises targeting arms, legs, core and more! Each workout is designed to challenge and motivate you to your fullest potential. Bring your dumbbells and let's build strength and sweat together!

All one hour workouts consists of warm up, strength session, sweat session, core workout, and cooldown.
*9:30am classes = Mother’s Helper available for littles FREE of charge. Just sign yourself up for class, bring your littles and enjoy a workout while your kid(s) play with a very responsible teen nearby!
