Resistance Band Workouts

You can use any resistance bands! I use these loop bands- their inexpensive and come in five varying resistances.

1 minute at each exercise
Bridge + Pulse out
Side steps
Plank Step Outs
Squats (banded)

Explanation:

Complete each exercise for 1 minute, resting as needed between each exercise.
