EMOM 10
even minutes: 15 thrusters
odd minutes: 10 plank rows

Explanation: EMOM= Every Minute On the Minute
Set your timer and do 15 thrusters. rest the remainder of the minute.

When your timer hits 1 minute, do 10 plank rows. rest the remainder of the minute.

Timer hits 2 minutes, 15 thrusters. rest the remainder of the minute

Continue until you reach 10 minutes.

5 woman makers*
20 superman pulses

*These are traditionally called man-makers, but… GIRL POWER!

AMRAP- As Many Rounds As Possible
set your timer for 10 minutes and repeat as many times as you can in the 10 minutes!
