Protein Powder

Let's chat protein powder. I feel like I've tried every protein powder known to man. For real. Every kind. I've finally found one that is super clean, super light, and that actually tastes good.
When I was nursing my son, he was very sensitive to eggs and dairy (read: baby not sleeping well, momma's exhausted), so we stumbled across this protein and my life was forever changed...kind of dramatic, kind of real life.
Why I like it:
- No dairy, no soy, no gluten, no GMO, no added sugar, no lactose, nothing artificial.
- Actually tastes good (reallllly hard to find with clean protein)
- Mixes well with any blender bottle with no chunks
- It's light, so not a milkshake type texture; so if I'm on-the-run, I can easily chug it.
- It's filling: 24g of protein per scoop!
- I can buy it on Amazon and it ships PRIME to my house
Quick & Easy Protein Shake: In a blender bottle, combine 8oz of water or milk of choice (we use almond milk) and one scoop of protein. Shake well & enjoy!
