Success Session- 90 minutes
Let’s plan the next 90 days together!
We chat nutrition & fitness, setting goals & set you up to ACTUALLY follow through.
Here’s how it works:
Before the session:
-You fill out an online questionnaire so I can get an idea of what resources to bring to our meeting.
During the session (usually done via zoom, but if local, can be done in-person):
-We chat briefly about your past nutrition & fitness experiences (what worked well, what didn’t work, etc). THEN we dive deep into your current fitness and nutrition habits and actually set up a real life individualized PLAN for you!
After the session:
-You receive an email with all the resources we talked about along with a personalized calendar for 3 months to help keep yourself accountable.
Having a real life plan that is tailored to your specific lifestyle and goal(s) is KEY to making any lifestyle change sustainable... and that's the plan with this Success Session.
