5 rounds:
10 swings
8 lunges (each side)
6 one arm thrusters (each side)

every time you set down the kettlebell to rest, do 5 burpees before resuming

Explanation:
Set your timer and complete the movements. Hold onto the kettlebell for the entire workout (including lunges).

Every time you set down the kettlebell, you must complete 5 burpees before resuming where you left off.

Stop your time once you complete 5 rounds
