EMOM 14
even minutes: 3 bear complex
odd minutes: 10 bar over burpees

Explanation: EMOM= Every Minute On the Minute
Set your timer and do 3 bear complex. rest the remainder of the minute.

When your timer hits 1 minute, do 10 bar over burpees. rest the remainder of the minute.
