20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest
20 seconds of push ups, 10 seconds rest

Then..

20 seconds of squats, 10 seconds rest (8 times)

Then…

20 seconds of plank hold, 10 seconds of rest (8 times)

Then..
20 seconds of burpees, 10 seconds of rest (8 times)

This is one of my favorite body weight workouts: quick and effective! Only 16 minutes
